This product item is the starting price and can increase upon difficulty and time spent on the item.
In the form below, please indicate the design that you would like placed on your shirt. Please indicate colors and correct spelling. I will create the shirt exactly as you submit the order. Please double check all spellings as the responsibility will fall on the buyer if the spelling is submitted incorrectly.
I will need a minimum of two weeks to create the design. This does not include the time to put it on the shirt.
